1.5 Hour Workshop
Many of us wisely take up yoga practice because we know that it is good for you. Combining yoga with the benefits of essential oils is a powerful path to better managing your own health and wellness.
Explore the benefits of therapeutic essential oils both for emotional balance and better health and wellness.
In the Workshop, a hour yoga practice will be followed by an introduction you to the benefits of essential oils.
You will learn how to use Doterra essential oils that are grounding (eg sandalwood and Patchouli), invigorating (eg peppermint & lemon) and calming (eg lavender and balance). The oils can be applied; topical (massage & touch), inhaled (diffuser) & oral (a drop of oil in water).
Importantly, you will understand how to incorporate essential oils into your life and your yoga practice
Essential Oils and Yoga Workshop are open to everyone.
