Cancellations made between 15 January 2023 & 31 January 2023 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
Cancellations made between 1st Feb 2023 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your funds will be reserved for the next retreat).
We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so the deposit is refunded). We may also request a medical certificate to ensure you are fit for the walk.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
