AUTUMN YOGA & MINDFULNESS RETREAT

RELAX & REJUVENATE YOUR ENERGY FOR A WEEKEND AUTUMN YOGA RETREAT IN THE TRANQUIL BLUE MOUNTAINS - 90 MINUTES FROM SYDNEY

​Indulge in three days of yoga, nature, meditation and delicious vegetarian cuisine at Yogarama's Autumn Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat. 

Autumn is the perfect season for a yoga & meditation retreat. It’s time to get back to nature. For most of us, we’re ready to recharge the battery and nurture yourself after a busy kickstart to the year.
Take this opportunity to connect with nature and nurture yourself through daily yoga & meditation, bush walks, relaxation & wholesome healthy food exquisitely prepared by vegetarian Master Chefs.

This intimate retreat is designed for yoga students of all levels from beginners to advance.

For committed yoga practitioners, the retreat will inspire a more in depth fine tuning of their practice, whilst those who are just starting out on their yoga journey will be gently guided to discover a new wisdom to connect your body, mind and breath for complete relaxation.  

RELAXATION
Spend your time relaxing on a bush walk, reading books, drinking chai with friends, laying by the pool or nurturing yourself in a spa and sauna. 

PROGRAM
In addition to the daily yoga practice and meditation, we will have afternoon self-care activities exploring mindfulness, Ayurveda (sister science of yoga) & supportive essential oils. We’ll delve into the benefits of yoga and mindful meditation for our well being & mental health. Program Below.

LOCATION
The Blue Mountains Retreat is located only 90 minutes out of of Sydney in Wentworth Falls on a beautiful vast property with comfy twin share cabins.

DATE & TIME:
Arrival: after 12pm Day 1 
Depart: 4pm Day 3 

FEES
$499 per person share room. 
Includes: accommodation, delicious vegetarian/vegan cuisine (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and daily yoga classes and workshops.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring comfortable cool and warm clothes, closed shoes, toiletries, and yoga clothes.It is recommended that you bring your own mat & props.
