MINDFUL MEDITATION COURSE - 5 WEEKS
Mindful meditation is scientifically shown to have a range of mental and physical benefits.
The challenge is how to start your meditation and then how to maintain your consistent practice.
Yogarama offers a 5 week mindful meditation program in the open air connected to nature at the tranquil at Wylie's Baths Coogee. Our plan is to build a connected community that meditates together in a safe and supportive circle.
We welcome everyone, of all levels, to our meditation classes and community courses. We explore a variety of simple techniques rooted in ancient yogic traditions to prepare our bodies and mind to ease oneself into a deeply relaxed meditative state
