Learn a new toolkit for mental health and emotional wellbeing to overcome your daily stress, and release the frustration & anger from your past and worries & fear for the future. Explore ancient rituals and modern techniques to reset your body, heart-mind.
The 5 week course plus a half-day workshop is set in a tranquil space in nature. The mindful meditation course is co-created by Daniella with a team of psychologists, bringing together 60 years of skills and experience, to provide balance, health and wellbeing .
Optional on-line sessions. Medicare rebates for those eligible.
