Yogarama Founder
Daniella Goldberg PhD Medicine
Daniella Goldberg is the founder of Yogarama Retreats and a medical scientist with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Medicine and passion for communication. She has practised yoga since the of age 5 years.
Yogarama Retreats is truly grateful for all the caring and creative yoga teachers that have contributed to the health and wellness of Yogarama students over the many years. Each teacher has contributed in a unique and loving way to nurture and nourish students and I honour and thank each and every one of them Due to COVID class restrictions many of the the current Yogarama teachers do not have a regular class.
For her students, she creates an individualised healing program that combines the western medicine world with the eastern traditions of yoga and meditation.
She trained to be a yoga teacher after a potentially life-threatening illness, mostly caused by too much stress. She nurtured herself back to health, supported by yoga and meditation, and has been on a journey to empower more people to discover yoga and meditation to help reduce stress, bring back balance and health whilst having a bit of fun. Sharing yoga, meditation and the wisdom of this 2000 years old tradition, she hopes to inspire people to live more mindfully in the moment, in tune with the harmony of nature.
Daniella has been teaching yoga and meditation at Wylie's yoga shala for almost 10 years. A sunrise yoga class was the first class she taught at Wylie's baths and it is an incredible experience that is now her signature class. Surrounded by the ocean and nestled in the bushy cliffs of Coogee, her philosophy is to practice yoga in tune with the cycles of nature. From summer through to winter, giving gratitude from sunrise to sunset and honouring the moon cycles - from the full to the new moon and again. It is the most beautiful place in the world to practice yoga.
Her shared vision is to build a community of like-minded yoga teachers and students that are empowered to heal and live in wellness by practising yoga and mindful meditation in nature.
Daniella has extensive 500+ hours of yoga teacher training and incorporates a blend of yoga styles and meditation practices in her hatha flow yoga and mindful meditation class. She is a member of Yoga Australia and Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) and continues to study & share yoga therapy.

Revi Kadoury
Revi discovered Yoga in her early 20's when she searched for a gentle option of exercise post injury. Once embarking on that path she noticed that her mind was so much calmer after a class than pre class. She wanted to know more.
Understanding how modern day demands & stresses can easily throw you out of balance, raising kids and juggling demanding career, she dived further into the practice and opened herself to studies of yoga philosophy.
Her passion for searching truth and meaning led her to explore Pranayama, Vinyasa Kundalini and IIyngar style yoga, She integrates her learning in her day to day life. Mindfulness & presence is key for balanced life.
Her love for the Ocean, Yoga (and coffee )all come together at the magical space of Wylies Baths.
Revi has taught in Australia and the USA and brings her passion of the yoga philosophy, Breath work, meditation and vinyasa flow into the class room.
" Your Beliefs become your thoughts,
Your Thoughts become your words
Your words become your actions
Your actions become your habits
Your habits become your values
Your values become your density"
