Life is extremely busy, stressful and demanding, often with little time to connect our mind & body.
Mindful meditation is scientifically shown to have a range of mental and physical benefits.
The challenge is where/how to start your meditation and then how to maintain your consistent practice.
Yogarama offers mindful meditation by the ocean in the open air connected to nature at the tranquil at Wylie's Baths in Coogee. We are building a connected community that practices meditation together in a safe and supportive environment.
We welcome everyone, of all levels, to our meditation classes and community courses. We explore a variety of simple techniques rooted in ancient yogic traditions to prepare our bodies and mind to ease oneself into a deeply relaxed meditative state.

We have gifted you mindful meditation practices. We recommend you find a quiet place, to sit or lie down to do this mindful meditation. Taking 2-20 minutes each day to sit in a mindful meditation can make an enormous difference to your health
