Yogarama offers regular Sunday Sunset meditation classes at the tranquil Wylie's Baths. Our intention is to create a Community that meditates in the open air connected to nature.
Life is extremely busy, stressful and demanding and often leaves little time to nurture and connect with our true selves. Together, as a community, we will explore a variety of simple techniques rooted in ancient yogic traditions to prepare our bodies and mind to ease oneself into a deeply relaxed meditative state.
The benefits of daily meditation practice are enormous and have been backed by scientific evidence. Read my 5 top tips to help you get started with meditation and the 12 heath benefits of meditation.
