We welcome everyone, of all levels, to our meditation classes and community courses. We explore a variety of simple techniques rooted in ancient yogic traditions to prepare our bodies and mind to ease oneself into a deeply relaxed meditative state.

Weekly Course Outline (This can be completed over two phases 1 & 2):

This course can be medicare rebated for each group session and 1:1 session.
Appreciate that life can be busy and we are also offering the course so it can be done over two phases - five week programs.
