RETREAT WAIVER FORM
I understand that this yoga & mindfulness retreat includes an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-reduction and reset. As is the case with any yoga & mindfulness retreat, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the instructor. I understand that my yoga & mindfulness retreat facilitators and chef will support me over the four day retreat. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to do any of the activities and to stay at the retreat. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I may have now or hereafter may have against Daniella Goldberg & Yogarama Retreats.
