YOGARAMA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Sunrise & Morning Yoga Class - Our sunrise yoga class is an inspiring class to welcome your day and set you up for a calm and centred day ahead. The Hatha flow class is tailored to all levels of yoga experience.
Midday Yoga Class - (Closed due to COVID) Our midday yoga is ideal for everyone who takes permission to take a beautiful one hour retreat in the middle of their day, balancing the body and mind to help release stress and tension.
Sunset Yoga Class - (Closed due to COVID) Our sunset flow down yoga class is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Class begins with yoga flow and progresses to relax the nervous system setting you up for a deep sleep.
4-5-Week Beginner Foundation Course - (Commences beginning of every month) The foundation course is for beginners to experienced yogis. Each week the course focuses on a different set of postures, with a strong emphasis on alignment to develop body awareness and to bring you in the present moment. We will also spend time investigating yogic philosophy to provide you with a toolkit to use in everyday life.
5-Week Mindful Meditation Course - (Commences 3rd April 2022) Life is extremely busy, stressful and demanding and often leaves little time to nurture and connect with our true selves. Together, as a community, we will explore a variety of simple techniques rooted in ancient yogic traditions to prepare our bodies and mind to ease oneself into a deeply relaxed meditative state.
