YOGARAMA EXPERIENCE
Having completed the Mindful in May Challenge for many years -
We know the enormous transformation it will have when you complete it 
We know how important it will be to stay committed to daily for the full month.
We know how truly challenging it will be to find time every day to do it, no matter how committed you are at the beginning of the month.

YOGARAMA MEDITATION in MAY COURSE
Yogarama has created a mindful meditation package that includes a weekly gathering 3pm-4pm Sundays to support you on this transformational journey. Yogarama's meditation circles are a sacred safe space to learn, share and listen - see Yogarama 5 Week Meditation Course.

The 5 week program will prepare you & support you through Mindful in May 2023 and support you in practicing, so that you can experience the truly amazing benefits in your life and share the daily practice together with a group of like-minded people - in your local area.
