MINDFUL MEDITATION 10 WEEK WINTER PROGRAM - Commence 9-10am FRIDAY 23 June 2023 at Wylies.
Mindful Meditation & Yoga Movement is a 10 week program suitable for all levels of experience. Feel a deep calm and relaxation and time to gain a new toolkit to reset, with daily stresses & challenges!!! The 1hr a week program is in the tranquil outdoor yoga shala overlooking Wylie's baths. Breathe in deeply the fresh sea air, tune into the sounds of the ocean & symphony of senses. Hosted by Daniella and created with psychologist, Greta Goldberg, it is offered at Wylies Baths and on-line with rebates. |
